Who we are and what we do!​

CYNBI is totally committed to people and a better society. Our mission is influenced by the needs of the people and focus communities. Since the year 2018, we have funded education and medical bills for the less privileged and incentivized people’s active role in the community. Check out some of our accomplishment so far!

Our Accomplishments

2018
CYNBI has been given free-interest and collateral loan to youth in Iwo, Ayedire and Ola-Oluwa local governments to start or expand their businesses.

 5th February, 2018: Treated Ismail Abdullahi with Glaucoma from Iwo Local who is a son of people with disabilities. We are currently focused on supporting him to successfully undergo the required eye surgery at University Teaching Hospital Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.

 24th February, 2018: In conjunction with Iwoland Development Coalition, Metro Bi Foundation, RAI Foundation, SeeBee Global Limited, Oluwo Place and Guildance Community Development Foundation joined some developmental groups to lift about 1,000 people. During the program, the following items were distributed: wheelchairs, walking frames, rice, exercise books, reading books, Arm crutches and Elbow crutches.

25th February, 2018: The Organization gave computers and printers to two physically challenged people.

2nd March, 2018: Won Airtel Touching Lives award behalf of Mrs Folashade Adefioye Aderonke. She has been empowered through opening of Food stuff shop with two years rent. Scholarship of N1,000,000.00 was awarded to her children in school. Mrs Folashade Aderonke Adefioye is one of the people with disabilities currently living in Iwoland.

 22nd April, 2018: Provided wheelchair to Master Adeleke Opeyemi Qodr on 22nd April 2018 in collaboration with Mercybridge for Social and humanitarian Services.

Lacking date: Donated wheelchair to one of the people with disability who is a native of Obamoro in Ola Oluwa Local Government

 2019
2nd February, 2019: Paying school fees of Mr Toheeb Rabiu from Ayedire Local Government who is a member of people with disabilities since 2017.

13th June, 2019: We rendered assistance to Miss Najeem Habibat who has an eye problem.

Board of Trustees

Board of Trustees are volunteers who serve without pay. At Charitable Youth for Nation Building Initiative, we believe that Leadership is a matter of intelligence, trustworthiness, humaneness, courage, and discipline.

Board knows their roles in getting tasks done and when to allow a more skilful member to do a certain task.

Authority and decision-making lines are clearly understood.

Conflict is dealt openly and is considered important to decision-making and personal growth.

Board of Trustees feels its members’ unique personalities are appreciated and well utilized.

Group norms for working together are set and seen as standards for everyone in the groups.

Effectiveness

Board Members find team meetings efficient and productive and look forward to this time together.

Success

Members know clearly when the team has met with success and share in this equally and proudly.

Training

 Opportunities for feedback and updating skills are provided and taken advantage of by Board of Trustees and team members.
